The Career and Membership Achievement Program (CMAP) is FBLA’s signature collegiate business and leadership program designed to compliment academics while accelerating a student’s leadership skills. It is exclusively for collegiate division members. The awards focus on the words surrounding the FBLA Crest: Service, Education, and Progress.
CMAP utilizes chapter projects, goals, and programs to help college students develop their leadership and job skills, with a special emphasis on career development and preparation for the world of work. Members work independently through three integrated levels of the CMAP: Director, Executive, and President.
Awards for Director level are presented at the local level, while Executive and President awards are presented at the State Leadership Conference. Members who complete the President level are also recognized at the National Leadership Conference.
The program has a March 1 deadline.
